Sonesta Select Dallas Central Expressway

We found a roach in our room… only one but that was unsettling. The sliding door in the two bedroom suite didn’t close. The customer service was awesome, and they were extremely friendly. I’m not going to lie… the roach might make us second guess staying there again. Overall though, it wasn’t a bad experience.

Very nice, budget friendly hotel. The check-in staff were quick and efficient and very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I didn't use the pool or exercise facility, but they were open while I was there. My only disappointment was the guest buffet breakfast. I felt like it was too expensive at $15 per person. I'm used to most hotels offering a free Continental breakfast.

Perfect Location because it's 15 minutes away from downtown and the galleria and literally 5 minutes away from North Park Mall. Great restaurants in the area. I especially enjoyed the wonderful customer service I received from Shakirria, Gerald and Dior. The manager was so kind; humble and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great experience.

Jay was extremely kind and went out of his way to help me! There was an issue with the other hotel I was staying at, so I had to try and find another hotel last minute. He was able to get a room ready for me quickly so I didn’t have to wait too long. Everything was perfect, I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Dallas!

Beautiful breakfast bar when you walk in but no food is available. Lots of seating but no computers and 1 TV in the lobby area. Beautiful clean rooms but small TV and only cable channels available no streaming. Nice heated pool and cute area with towels to use but lawn chairs super outdated and torn.

The reviews on “booking” are great. However, the reviews on “google” is a little sketchy and once I pulled that up it did scare me a little. Once we pulled up to the hotel and seeing the exterior that did not help either but actually walking into the hotel gave me a sense of relief. The hotel lobby is actually very nice. We arrived super early but the guy in the front was super cool and said he would try to have the room ready for us by 12. The room ended up being ready closer to 1 which is still great. We had a king suite, the room was very spacious but definitely had its cons. The cons were the carpet need to be cleaned there were a lot of spots on the floor and the couch. The outlets near the beds that are connected to the lights did not work at all. The balcony needs to be pressure washed it was very filthy. The pros are of course the room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet in the hotel. The hotel is in a very good location everything was less than 20 minutes away. The hotel is affordable and great for the price overall.

We started off in a room that had several problems. I had just been released from the hospital and didn't report the issues for 3 days because I was feeling terrible. Once I reported the issues, everything was taken care of. The staff and management at this motel are EXCEPTIONAL!! They are quick to make everything right, and they are incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. I have had to stay in several motels recently and I used to travel every two weeks for business for 15 years. The service here rivals the five star hotels, both domestic and international, that I have stayed at during all my travels. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. I can't recommend more than five stars. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. If you want to rent a nice, clean room and have great service from the housekeeper to management, this is where you should stay. Best value and exceptionally clean and well managed. Shout out to all employees who work at this location. And, no, this IS NOT a fake review. Thank you Sonesta Suites.

Jay helped me out when I got there and he has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve been in town for two weeks staying here. The location is clean. The air conditioning works. They have breakfast on the weekends and hot coffee in the morning. Jay doesn’t work. He’s very polite and welcoming. Jays excellent customer service, made my visit that much better. The rooms are a little old and outdated and the bed was a little bit lumpy , but that was OK. I still got some sleep. They have washing on the second floor at Jim a pool and an outdoor seating area. They share parking with their extended space Sonesta all in all it was a great 10 out of 10 recommend and be sure you ask for Jay. This location is conveniently located next to shopping and food options also the freeway and there’s a Trader Joe’s right down the street.
